Honeycomb Bedazzle.

Hi everyone ;)
Here is a mani that I did pretty quick last night. 

I was putting Color Club Almost Famous on, when it hit me.. Literally hit me, it was so gosh darn sunshiny bright. I decided to do a neon stamp design to try and mute it a bit.  I do like how it turned out, however... It could have turned out better.

This is 2 coats of Color Club Almost Famous. Application was a breeze, was not streaky at all and was very opaque in 2 coats.

The colors did not come out as brilliantly as I had hoped for, although it did do the trick on muting the brightness of Almost Famous.  From thumb to pinky, all Color Club Wham!Pow! Which is an amazing neon orange. Pucci-licious is actually supposed to be purple, but due to the yellow, it kind of turned it grey looking on the nail. On the middle finger is Twiggie, a very nice muted neon green IMO.  The ring finger has Chelsea Girl, I can't explain this blue except gorgeous. Although again the yellow kind of made it look more teal. And the pinky is my favorite, this color is Warhol & It is a hot hot pink.

All of these polishes where very good with the stamping.  I had no issues at all

These polishes where purchased by me. I will give them an A+.

Holo Butterfly Wing Water Marble.

Hello guys,  tonight I did a water marble to mimic butterfly wings.  I was originally going to freehand the wings, but... I SUCK lol.  There fore, I needed to water marble them.

I used a base of LA Girls 3-d effect in 3-d silver.  Here are a few pictures before the marbling, these were all in direct sunlight.

It is a scattered/linear (lol) holographic in a clear base, so this is very sheer.  This was 3 coats. 

For the water marble I used Wet n Wilds Black Creme & Clear so that the base would show through.  Working with clear in a water marble is not a simple task.  Not for me anyway.  If anyone knows of a good clear to use in water marbles I would love the suggestions.  For the dots I just  used a dotting tool and neon acrylic paints.

Seeing Spots

Hey everyone =)  The sun is finally back out.  I have today a cool, easy, & very summery design for you all today.  

When I put the base coat on I was like " Whoa!  Needs me some sunglasses" lol.. So, I got inspired by the small rainbow we had outside last night.. 

The base coat is Orly Oh Cabana Boy.  The dots were made with a dotting tool and the following polishes..

Ma.nish.ma Bolts of Blue

Spoiled Did I Dye it to Blonde? & Jail Bait.

Neon Summer Gradient ---- FAIL!!!!

Hey everyone =) Today I would like to share what I was hoping would be everything I visioned.. However, it was not =( I wanted this to be bright and sunny, like an awesome oasis sunset.. I used acrylic neon pink & neon yellow as well as Spoiled Jail Bait which is neon orange & Finger Paints Silkscreen Green which obviously by it's name is neon green. All polishes and acrylics where sponged on with a make up sponge. I used Wet & Wild Black Creme for the Palm Tree stamp which is from Winstonia. Application was easy and all colors where vibrant. However, I think I should have omitted the green, I think that is what gave it it's muffed up look that made me unsatisfied. I am now bare nail, pondering the color to put on now. I need to always have something on my nails, other wise I bite them =( They have come a long way, but only if there is polish on them. =) Any who. Here are my sad little pictures
